Veggiefresh sausage and vegetable shish kebab
Tasty Veggiefresh sausages and fried fresh vegatables

| 2 | Veggiefresh sausages |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | red capsicum / bell pepper |
| ½ | zucchini (courgette) |
| 1-2 tsp. | paprika powder (sweet or hot, according to taste) |
| 1-2 cups | vegetable oil |
| 2 - 3 | wooden skewers |

Cut the Veggiefresh sausages into 2 cm large pieces. Rinse the pepper and remove the core. Then cut into square pieces. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Peel the onions and cut into quarters, then split the quarters. Skewer the Veggiefresh sausages and the vegetables alternately and fry from both sides in medium hot oil for about 5 minutes.
Arrange the potato salad on plates, garnish with parsley, place a shish kebab on each plate and strew with paprika powder.
These shish kebabs are great party food, but you can also combine them with a potato salad with smoked tofu and a herb and mustard vinaigrette, and crêpes in orange sauce with chocolate mousse to make a wonderful two course meal for 2 – 3 persons!
