Curry creme soup
Leek creme - deliciously Asian

Ingredients for 4 dishes
| 1 | onions |
| 1 | leek |
| 125 | Viana Tofu |
| 20 g | margarine |
| 2 tsp | curry powder |
| 1 tsp | thickened fruit juice |
| 50 ml | soy dream |
| 50 g | hazel nuts |
| ginger |

1. Cut a few rings off the leek to be used later for garnishing. Cut the rest into very fine rings. Dice the tofu and sauté for several minutes in hot oil.
2. Pour the prepared vegetable stock into the pan and simmer for 8 minutes. Add the curry, the thickened fruit juice and a little salt and purée the soup until smooth.
3. Add the soy cream and a little ginger. Serve in a warmed dish, garnished with leek rings and chopped nuts.
