Spaghetti alla carbonara
The Italian classic- light and healthy thanks to smoked tofu.

Ingredients for 4 dishes
| 500 g | spaghetti |
| 1 dash | olive oil |
| sea salt | |
| 250 g | Viana Smoked Tofu |
| 2 | middle-sized onions |
| 50 g | butter |
| 200 ml | Viana Soactiv+Calcium (soy milk) |
| 1 tbsp | flour |
| 1 tsp | yeast flakes |
| turmeric |

1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Put in the spaghetti, add a dash of olive oil and a little salt.
2. Dice the Smoked Tofu very finely and fry it with the onions in a large saucepan in margarine for about 5 minutes.
3. Beat the Viana SoActiv, yeast flakes and flour in a bowl and then boil down a little whilst stirring. Round off with a pinch of salt and some turmeric.
4. Pour off the still firm (“al dente”) spaghetti and add to the saucepan with the tofu.
5. Pour in the sauce, stir well and let it set. Finely chop the garden herbs, scatter them across the pasta and serve hot.
Great with: A good accompaniment: a dry Pinot Grigio, e.g. from the Italian vineyards Veneto or Pizzolato!
