Salads with smoked tofu II

A variation on the theme.



Ingredients for 4 dishes
lettuce
radishes
capsicum
cress
lamb’s lettuce
tomatoes
cucumber
Viana Smoked Tofu
125 ml cream
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cider vinegar
herb salt



1. Rinse the lettuce and arrange in a bowl. Cut the capsicum in strips and slice the cucumber. You can add further salad ingredients as you wish.

2. Finely dice the Smoked Tofu and fry it in a little oil

3. Mix the dressing ingredients and season to taste, then pour over the salad and scatter with Smoked Tofu.

4. As a variation you can slice, batter or crumb and then fry the Smoked Tofu. Lay the fried slices across the salad.

Great with: Ein kaltes Pils oder für Weinliebhaber ein Valpolicella (leichter Rotwein).
