Salads with smoked tofu I
Light, fast and healthy - fresh summer salads and protein-rich Tofu.

Ingredients for 4 dishes
| lettuce | |
| radishes | |
| capsicum | |
| cress | |
| lamb’s lettuce | |
| tomatoes | |
| cucumber | |
| Viana Smoked Tofu | |
| 125 ml | yoghurt |
| 2 tbsp | oil |
| 2 tbsp | balsamico vinegar |
| herb salt | |
| pepper | |
| chives | |
| mustard | |
| 1 | middle-sized onions |

1. Rinse the lettuce and arrange in a bowl. Cut the capsicum in strips and slice the cucumber. You can add further salad ingredients as you wish.
2. Finely dice the Smoked Tofu and fry it in a little oil.
3. Mix the dressing ingredients and season to taste, then pour over the salad and scatter with Smoked Tofu.
4. As a variation you can slice, batter or crumb and then fry the Smoked Tofu. Lay the fried slices across the salad.
Great with: chilled beer or for wine drinkers a Valpolicella (a light red wine).
