Swabian Ravioli Tomato
Delicious fresh Viana pasta pockets with a tomato-basil sauce

Ingredients for 3 dishes
| 250 g | Viana Maultaschen with mince filling |
| 4 | onions |
| 4 | celery stalks |
| 2 | carrots |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 | clove of garlic |
| pepper | |
| laurel leaves | |
| thyme | |
| oreganum | |
| 500 ml | pureed tomatoes |
| 1 bunch of | basil |
| parmesan | |
| sea salt |

1. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil, adding after 5 min. the tomatoes, garlic, thyme and oregano. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer with the laurel leaf for 10 minutes.
2. During this time cook the Viana Maultaschen according to the directions on the package.
3. Finally tear the basil and scatter over the sauce. Serve the pasta, sauce and grated parmesan separately.
