Spring salad »Chickin Fillets«
Tender roasted tofu-wheat fillets with an abundance of greens.

Ingredients for 2 dishes
| lettuce | |
| radishes | |
| carrots | |
| cucumber | |
| sweet corn | |
| white cabbage | |
| red cabbage | |
| olive oil | |
| balsamico vinegar | |
| herb salt | |
| Viana Chickin Filets |

1. Rinse and prepare the lettuce, finely grate the carrots and chop finely the white and red cabbage. Arrange the salad on a dish.
2. Cut the Chickin Fillets into strips and fry from all sides, starting with the unbattered sides, then arrange in layers on the salad.
3. Sprinkle with vinegar, oil and herb salt or use your favourite salad dressing.
