Spring tofu with potatoes
a chilled sauce with fresh chives meets steaming hot potatoes

Ingredients for 3 dishes
| 1000 g | new season’s potatoes |
| 250 g | Viana Tofu |
| 1 pack | soy dream |
| 200 ml | soy mayonnaise |
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| 1 tbsp | cider vinegar |

1. Chop the chives and dice the tofu. Mix the remaining ingredients well, adding the chives and tofu last. Chill.
2. Boil the potatoes in their skins and serve hot with the chilled chives tofu.
