Apple-seitan goulash
Fruity-hot goulash Puszta style

Ingredients for 4 dishes
| 1 pack | Viana Seitan |
| 2 | middle-sized onions |
| 2 | carrots |
| 500 g | apples |
| marjoram | |
| 125 g | Viana Seitan |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 250 ml | Viana Soactiv+Calcium (soy milk) |
| 2 tbsp | flour |
| 3 tbsp | oil |
| 1 | clove of garlic |
| 1 | vegetable stock cube |
| sea salt | |
| pepper | |
| tabasco sauce | |
| balsamico vinegar |

1. Dice the seitan and fry in oil. Add the laurel leaf, the peeled, diced garlic clove, 3/8 litre of water and the vegetable stock cube. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. Season with salt, pepper and shoyu. Add the chopped onions and diced carrots. After 10 more minutes add the diced apple.
3. Season to taste with marjoram and sugar and mix in SoActiv, flour and tomato paste (additional water as needed).
4. Simmer for 5 more minutes. Spice with tabasco or cayenne pepper and a dash of balsamico. Serve with boiled potatoes.
Great with: A mixed salad and if you wish a rich red wine, e.g. a Chianti Classico, a St. Chinian or a robust Côte du Rhône.
