Tofu ice cream
Impress every ice cream fan.

Ingredients for 4 dishes
| 125 g | Viana Tofu |
| 1 | banana |
| 2 tbsp | thickened fruit juice |
| 15 ml | lemon juice |
| orange peel | |
| 400 ml | Viana Soactiv+Calcium (soy milk) |
| 5 g | vanilla powder |

1. Put the following ingredients in the blender: tofu, banana, thickened fruit juice, lemon juice, orange peel and Viana soy milk. Blend for about a minute until smooth. Set aside for ten minutes.
2. Fill the mixture into a shallow bowl and put in the freezer. The mixture needs about three hours, depending on the container, and should be stirred at least once an hour. An ice cream machine which continuously stirs the mixture is even better and produces particularly creamy ice cream.
