Milkshake
The delicious refreshment with lots of extra calcium and protein.

Ingredients for 2 dishes
| 200 ml | Viana Soactiv+Calcium (soy milk) |
| 3 | ice cubes |
| 30 g | fruit as you wish |
| sugar |

1. Chill the soy milk well before beginning, either in the refrigerator or for a short time in the freezer. After that blend at top speed until creamy.
2. Crush the ice cubes and add with the fruit to the soy milk. Sweeten to taste with sugar. Carefully fold in and serve.
3. Tip: Set aside some fruit for decoration - and you may have some mint leaves you can use.
