Flammekueche with Viana Real Smoked Tofu
A super-delicious Alsatian dish (similar to pizza) with diced Viana Smoked Tofu, Soyatoo! Cooking Cream, onions and chives

| For the dough: | |
| 250 g | flour |
| 150 ml | warm water |
| ½ - 1 sachet | dried baking yeast |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
Further ingredients: |

| 1 sachet | Viana Real Smoked Tofu |
| 1 pack | Soyatoo! Cooking Cream |
| 2 | onions |
| 1 bunch | chives |
| salt | |
| white pepper |

Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead with a mixer until firm. If needed, then knead a little by hand.
Cover with a damp tea towel and put in a warm place to rise for 30 - 40 minutes.
Finely dice the Viana Smoked Tofu.
Rinse and chop the chives.
Mix the Soyatoo! Cooking Cream with the chives and season to taste with white pepper and salt.
Peel the onions and slice finely.
Preheat the oven to about 250 degrees Celsius.
Roll the dough on a floured surface to make a thin pizza base.
Lay the base on an oven tray covered with baking paper.
Spread the Soyatoo! Cooking Cream mixture on the base and scatter the onion and diced tofu on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
